I’m a Mom of three, a wife, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, specializing in Mental Health & Emotional Eating. I’ve had a series of turning points that led me to where I am today. It wasn’t any one thing that catapulted me, but rather a series of events that brought me here.

Having a background in personal training, I’ve always believed that a strong mindset is the key to success. This has always been the foundation of my teaching. If you can learn how to master the mind, the mind will never be the master of you. In other words, if you let your emotions constantly control you, then you have control of nothing at all.

As much as I still believe in this model, there is another huge layer missing to this, and that is the spiritual practice of the internal world. It goes so much deeper than creating a strong mindset and mental tenacity. To me, that is a very defensive approach. It comes from the school of thought that blocks out any temptations, removes all emotion, and pushes through, no matter what; remove the emotion, and do the work. My approach now includes that concept, but it also includes the inner work that allows an individual to feel into every emotion, including the uncomfortable emotions, and dig through them to finally allow true healing to take place. Only when this occurs, is when true transformation takes place. Otherwise, you will always feel like you’re stuck on that hamster wheel, strong mentally and physically, yet painfully suffering along the way.

Although I have always, and still do, love personal training, I knew it was just the tip of the iceberg for me in terms of what I was called to do.  I’ve always had a bigger vision within my scope of service. As I reached each level within my own transformation, I began adding in additional modalities to help assist my clients with their own transformations. The process has been more rewarding than I have ever imagined. The best thing is, I know this is just the beginning.

I received my Personal Training Certification in 2010 with the American Council on Exercise, and I continue my education with them through additional trainings, collecting Continuing Education Credits, to stay on the cutting edge of the industry.

I received my complete Nutrition Coach Certification in 2018 with the Institute of Transformational Nutrition, as well as my Specialty Certification in Mental Health & Emotional Eating. Being a part of the ITN community has been a reward all on its own.

My goal for you is to help you become the best version of yourself, so you can step into your power, and remember who you are. All of my coaching packages utilize the same approach that includes Movement, Mindful Eating and Meditation. This three step process is crucial for permanent change. I work with a wide range of clients and I recognize that each person is unique. Although my signature framework is the basis, each program is individualized. The details of my packages can be found on the 1:1 Coaching page. There is truly something for everyone. You have the power to change your life. I am truly honored, humbled and excited that you are ready to take this journey with me!
