But… we both know that’s not actually true.

 

So the truth is, “fat burning” foods actually don’t exist. There’s no such thing as a fat burning food. No food will enter thy body and incinerate your fat cells… HOWEVER, I can say that there are foods that are claimed to burn fat, but these foods are not actually burning fat, what they are doing is cleaning out the body from added stress, inflammation, brain fog, etc etc etc etc etc, and a lot of times what we think is FAT is actually inflammation in the body and it manifests as water weight, or that soft, jiggly stuff… yes, fat.


ON TOP OF THAT… the toxins that we take in every single day, with or without our awareness of it, also get stored in the body’s fat cells and can YES accumulate over time!

 

So, it is fat or toxins that your body is holding onto? I’m not here to say which but I can tell you for sure, it’s probably a little bit of BOTH.

HI!!! I'm Gina and if you landed on this page, then chances are you already know me from a social stream...

I got my start in the fitness industry in 2010 as a certified personal trainer and quickly transitioned into fitness nutrition to include with my programs so I could get my clients INSANE and RAPID results at QUANTUM speeds.

It's good practice to reset and cleanse anywhere from 2 to 4 times a year based on the seasons and how your body accumulates toxins, based off your daily lifestyle practices. From the air we breathe, to the food we eat, to the water we drink, right down to the products we use on our skin, it's almost inevitable that we consume toxins on a daily basis, no matter how conscious and intentional we are about it. By eliminating processed foods and replacing with nutrient dense whole foods, your body will naturally eliminate toxic build-up

DOES THIS INVOLVE JUICES OR TEAS THAT WILL JACK UP MY STOMACH?

NO! All the recipes include nutrient dense whole foods. You are welcome to enjoy cold pressed juices and your favorite herbal teas as you wish, but this is not a juice cleanse that will keep you feeling hungry, nor does it involve teas that make you poop. 

IS THIS A HIDDEN SCHEME TO MAKE ME BUY A BUNCH OF SUPPLEMENTS OR SNEAK ME INTO AN MLM?

NO! Ew, gross. I share supplement recommendations and supplements that I love and use myself, but the best thing about this cleanse is it's a nutritional cleanse and you are not required to take or purchase supplements.
